I'm Kristen!

Professionally, I'm a Certified Stepparent Coach and Certified Life Coach with a degree in Sociology, dedicated to helping stepmoms find peace and beat the odds of second marriages that end in divorce.

Personally, I'm a wife and stepmom to a 10-year-old girl who lives in Dallas, Texas, with 2 cats, a tank full of fish, and (once our adoption paperwork goes through) a Husky.

My motivation for helping stepmoms is two-fold. As a child of divorce myself, I want to ensure that more stepfamilies function healthier than mine growing up. Blended doesn't have to mean broken.

Additionally, I've been through the wringer as a stepmom. I was crippled with second wife insecurities, overwhelmed with the ex's drama, and I questioned if I was "stepmom material."

I've learned so much throughout my stepmom journey, and I'm eager to share my best tips and strategies with other stepmoms who are struggling.

The divorce rate for second marriages is 67%. Together, we can become stronger stepmoms, healthier stepcouples, and happier stepfamilies.
